Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We have a minimum order value of £10. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We process all online transactions via Braintree, Paypal Secure Servers, this may from time to time mean that we have to contact you directly if there is a problem, or any extra charges that may be applicable. so please ensure you leave us your best contact information during working hours.
If you wish to send us payment by any other means, please contact us via email [email protected] and we will liaise with you to complete your purchase, or simple send us a shopping list with either a postal order or cheque. Please make all cheques payable to: UK POOL STORE Ltd.
Internet prices may differ from our shop prices due to many factors e.g. special promotions, handling & delivery charges etc – if in doubt please check before ordering.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping And Handling
Due to Brexit we no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland & The Channel Islands.
Orders of £100.00 including VAT or under will be charged £5.99 economy 3-5 day carriage – these orders can be upgraded to our express service of £8.99 in the checkout process, all orders over £100.00 including VAT are delivered carriage free to Mainland UK on an express 1 to 2 working day service, please note some areas including Scotland (post codes AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, TR, DD, PH, PA, AB, DD, KW, IV, HS), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, will need extra carriage. We no longer ship to Jersey, Guernsey or Northern Ireland.
Click & Collect Aylesford – This service allows you to collect the goods from our trade counter during normal working hours, please call to ensure your order is ready before attending, we will contact you once we have received your order & processed it to the Click & Collect point, which is usually at the Warehouse Door, rather than the Trade Counter, please allow at least 30 minutes for us to process your order.
Saturday Delivery Bolt Ons – Available for all orders placed before our carrier cut of time, which is currently 12 noon Fridays – this additional charge is set at two weight limits due to carrier limitations, and by the nature of Saturday deliveries, this service in not a guaranteed service, although currently our delivery rate is 94%.
This extra carriage charge will ONLY apply if you require Saturday delivery to our normal areas, delivery outside of our normal areas, (post codes AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, TR, DD), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Europe, Channel Islands etc. Will require additional costs, or be un-available due to the geographic limitations. Due to Brexit we no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
Try to include your mobile phone number in the checkout area so that our delivery drivers can contact you should they need any further assistance or clarification in delivering your order.
Generally, all items are shipped via our carriers, and this is 98.5% next working day service Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday are usually non-delivery days, although you can choose to upgrade to a Saturday delivery service, but this service is not guaranteed by the carriers to be a definite delivery, we may also send some smaller goods via royal mail first class post.
Please ensure you leave detailed information if your delivery address is hard to find or a new housing development. If you know there is a possibility of missing the delivery, you can at the checkout stage leave instructions for the delivery driver to leave without signature and place your goods with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of sight for your later retrieval. Please be aware that if you do instruct us to leave without signature, you will be responsible if you later find your parcel has been lost or stolen.
Excess Shipping charges may apply for certain items especially non-stock items, and this will be calculated according to size & weight, specific items including filter sand already have extra carriage built into the pricing structure but will still incur £4.99 charge if below our £100 order value. If delivery is attempted 3 times by our carriers, and delivery has failed, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery.

‘When receiving a delivery if you are unable to check the product, please sign for it as UNCHECKED. If there has been a problem with the product in transit, this will allow us to resolve any issues with the courier company. If the product/goods have been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, you can contact us via phone or email. Delivery Schedule
Due to Brexit we no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland & The Channel Islands.
We will always try to deliver your order right away, and we currently achieve a next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery rate of 98.6%, but please make sure your address details are correct and if you know you are not going to be at the delivery point, please leave us instructions to finalise the delivery, we normally dispatch goods up to 2pm each working day, although at peak times, (especially Mondays), orders placed after 12 noon may be rolled over to the next days dispatch from our warehouse due to higher than normal volumes.

If you live in a rural area or you generally have difficulty with home deliveries, you can always specify your place of work to receive your delivery. If you know that there is restricted access for deliveries, please inform us, so that we can pass these restrictions on to our Carrier. The more information we have ensures we maintain our delivery schedule, and your expectations. Some rural deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail as this is the most effective method of delivery
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. We show the breakdown element at the shopping cart stage, and a VAT invoice is emailed to you as your proof of purchase, along with a second copy which normally accompanies the goods if shipped from our warehouse.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 provides consumers with a 14 day cancellation period. Please let us know as soon as reasonably possible if you wish to cancel and return the goods to us. Once we have received the goods we will refund your payment within 30 days

Privacy Policy
UK POOL STORE LTD do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. From time to time we may inform you of any special offers.
Returns
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days after the date of delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order form. If you are cancelling because of any problems with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

At our discretion we may accept goods returned to use unwanted outside of the 14 days, but no more than 28 days from the date of purchase, but these goods will be subject to a 50% – 75% restocking charge, subject to the condition of the returned goods..
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost, the goods should ideally be returned in ooriginal condition unused with the original packing or suitable packaging to avoid the goods being damaged on their return journey. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier, and all warranty decisions will be issued by the manufacturer/UK importer, before any warranty refunds can be validated & processed.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will (at your option) either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Warranty Inspection Policy
If you believe that any purchased equipment from us that is inside the warranty period for the product in question (such as swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, etc.) are faulty, please email [email protected] with your order number, name & full description of the fault. Where possible, a photo & short video will help. The following procedure will be followed:
- Collection: The equipment will be collected & will be returned to our suppliers.
- Inspection: The equipment will be thoroughly inspected by our suppliers’ technicians who work alongside the manufactures to determine the nature and extent of the fault.
- Outcome:
- If Repairable: If the equipment is found to be repairable, it will be repaired and returned to you (if covered under warranty)
- If Repairable: If the equipment is found to be repairable, (non-warranty fault) a quote for repair will be supplied, once accepted & paid, it will be repaired and returned to you.
- If Unrepairable: If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, (if covered under warranty) it will be replaced.
- If Unrepairable: If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, (non-warranty fault) you will be notified of this to have equipment either returned back to you (chargeable) or be disposed of appropriately.
- Time Scale: Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for this process, especially during peak season.
Please note that the terms of the warranty, including any exclusions or conditions, will apply.
If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature, i.e. an unattended delivery, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery site. We will not be held responsible for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our carrier. For all above ground pools especially wooden pools, we require that you ensure an able bodied person meet and assist with the delivery.
All dimensions displayed for each product are meant as a guide only, and if you require exact measurements, please contact us via post, telephone, fax or email. Above ground pools, in particular splasher/quick up pools can vary slightly in size to that shown, as these sizes are meant as a general overall guide to the size of the pool. Water depths can vary; depending on the level you fill the pool. Diving is strictly prohibited in above ground pools. All pumps & electrical heating devices should always be switched off when using Above Ground Pools to remove the risk of electric shock. All Pumps & electric heaters should be located at least 2 metres away from the waters edge, or be secured in a locked, waterproof enclosure.
