Our company started back in 1997; we initially carried out Domestic & Commercial installation & service contracts in London & the South East.
Our online store was launched back in 1999, and is constantly evolving. Since then we have seen business steadily grow and we now receive about 6,000,000 hits a month.
We also launched our forum in 2004 so that anyone with any question on Swimming Pools or Spa's can ask us or any other forum members for help and advice. This has been well received by our customers, and we encourage all our clients to join our forum, and in doing so share the knowledge which is so hard to sometimes come by!
New for 2007 was our 'Live help', a new service for our customers where our technical & sales staff are available to assist in product selection & support. This service enables our customers to communicate in real time with the UKPS team at no cost, which we believe to be a massive step forward in customer service.
During the Summer of 2008 we continued with our improvements to stock control by installing a barcode system which has allowed us to maintain our stock levels with far greater accuracy so ensuring we deliver even more orders on time.
Moving forward into 2010 we increased our warehousing to extend our stock holding to ensure the fastest delivery service possible. We also developed our Commercial Leisure Supplies website www.comls.co.uk to allow our commercial customers to benefit from a more focused range of products & chemicals.
In spring 2011 we completely rebuilt this website to bring a whole new experience in product detail & features. We also added higher quality artwork for all products, amassed a huge PDF download library on product sales information, spare parts detailed break downs and owners manuals.
In the summer of 2012 we completed the works to create the pool and cascading waterfalls on top of the BMW pavilion & the Waterproof roof on the Coca Cola Beat Box at the London Olympic Games
In the spring of 2015 we launched our Feefo service rating, allowing our customers to independently review our products & services, and for our engineer side, we have also joined Trust A Trader to ensure our customers get the best service and value, whether it be from our online shop, or engineering & building teams.
During the Spring of 2016 we were awarded the coveted feefo Gold Trusted Merchant status for our customer service during 2015, we were also invited to join the governments new Trading Standards Primary Authority Partnership scheme which ensures we fully comply with all the latest trading standards for distance selling, guaranteeing your total protection and satisfaction.
New for 2017, we opened our new luxurious indoor spa showroom, where you can try before you buy our fantastic value range of American made hot tubs, or peruse our extensive spa & hot tub accessories to add even more luxury to your spa experience.
In 2018 we launched our new website complete with hundreds of new products with rich colourful artwork, helpful pdf guides and even more great value products. We also achieved for the forth year in a row, the Feefo gold standard confirming our dedication to your complete satisfaction.
