Virtual Engineering (VE for short) is a step forward working in modern times to help assist our customers where we can see your set up "virtually" using today's technology.

For this service to work in your environment we will require you to have WiFi, 5g,4g enable at the location you would like us to view. A free downloadable app will be required (unfortunately if your device is Huawei this service is unavailable).

Our VE call will last up to 15 minutes of which you will be notified once this is coming to an end, if further time is required & agreed, extra payment will be payable at the end.

VE calls will be only available Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, we will do our up most to accommodate a best suited time for both parties.

If you feel a VE call will help you resolve or help in any way then please just add to your shopping basket & pay as a normal online purchase. Once we have receive the order we will be in touch via email to give you full instructions on how this service will work in detail which will include which app required, how the call will work & when it will be done.

This is a virtual engineering session, which is limited to your chosen duration. The code will expire in within 72 hours.

All sessons are recorded for staff training & safety.
