Pool has gone green.

Hi ,I have a 12' splasher pool.
I winterised with chemicals and it was used about a month ago ,then covered up again.My daughter uncovered it yesterday and water is greenish.
I assume this is algae,but what can i do to clear the pool.
Can you help please as she is giving me a hard time...

Just to say thanks to team is shop,I phoned and was given excellent advice.
Pool now sparkly and usable again.
