I have recently purchased a house with an intex above ground 18ft x 4ft pool left by the previous owner. I have found various chemicals and also a box which is opened a ‘Bioguard Starter kit’, all items in the box are unopened but there does not seem to any instructions except those on the containers themselves. I actually asked the previous owner what I should do to start the pool from fresh in the spring and how to maintain the pool to a safe level to use throughout the summer and he didn’t have a clue, I believe it was all guess work with him. What I am looking for is either instructions from yourself on how to use the starter kit or a link where I may find some information on my problem.
I would appreciate any help you may be able to offer as I am having problems finding any information about this and have been told if these chemicals are not used properly they could be dangerous.
