Hi,
I am having problems with my skimmer. I have a doughboy above ground pool which came with the house we bought last year but I believe it is around 6/7 years old.
The skimmer was working fine last summer but it has come out of hibernation from not being used over the winter the skimmer no longer has the suction to move the skimmer (Baracuda Super G Plus) around.
Sometimes it will start the hose vibrating and the skimmer moves but then it stops later on.
I am being told I may need a new pump.
Any suggestions on my options?
Where can I source a new pump and what do I need?
