These heaters come with an RCD type 13amp plug and flex, along with a spare 1m length of 1.25" flexi-hose.
They are designed to go with Quick up/Intex/Frame pools with exterior pump & filter.
They go into the system after the filter, and before returning back to the pool.
You can't generally feel a significant difference between the pool & the returning water, these heaters work on a 1-2 deg difference, but if you use a thermometer, you can normally see a slight temperature rise.
These heaters are not designed with a flow switch built in, so you cannot turn the pump off and leave the heater running as this will cause the "one Shot" thermal cut-out to blow, rendering the heater unserviceable.
