Hi folks

Can anyone tell me why our finger nails discolour a bit after being in the swimming pool for about 1/2 hour ? :confused:

All chemicals are fine and the pool is a average 35oC :cool:

Hi Martin,

If you would like to send us a 1/2 litre of your pool water, we will analyse it and make sure all is ok. The Copper could be an issue as Laura said, and we will check for those levels. As to your acid/chlorine rain, I will be able to tell you more, once we have analysed your water. If you know what I mean.........
As for your pump sounding noisey, it could be debris in the impellor, or the bearings on the way out. I will say that the max recommended temperature for all leisure pools is 28 deg C. If you run with high levels of chlorine, combined with high temperature & incorrect PH, this will cause equipment & water chemistry problems.

still curious as 2 how many hours per day pump should be running? Found daughters bobble in pump :eek: all ok now :D
