Hi, Thanks for your enquiry about the forum being closed?

Obviously it is not, but we have found that there are so many posting covering so many subjects, that the new questions are generally already answered.

We have had to put a 45p per minute technical help line on our site, as we are unable to answer the phones 24/7. Obviously we offer great value, and have this forum, and the new feed back at the bottom of every page. We are also planning to offer live online help in the autumn. Unfortunately we are not always able to respond to everyone’s queries due to the shear volume in a short space of time, to put the seasonality of our industry into perspective, we had 5 million hits in May, 11 million hits on the site in June, and 13 million already in July!

Please always remember that ukpoolstore tries it’s up most to give good service and value for money, and sometime that will be at the expense of being at everyone’s beck and call. I for one have placed many posting’s and always enjoy helping anyone, even if they are not client’s of ukpoolstore, as our forum is open to everyone.

I hope that explains the situation, and would ask people to try and use the forum to ask for technical help, rather than the feedback system (which is a closed system away from the forum), which is intended for your feedback with regard to product’s you would like to see on our site, or any idea’s you have to improve the services we offer to our customers.
