Hi All ,I'm new to this forum . Up until a few hours ago ,I was going ahead with the purchase of a SPA ,but I now have serious doubts, due to
the risks of Legionella and other diseases which could be contracted from a SPA ! COMMENTS PLEASE!

We have had a spa for many years with no problem. All you need to do is maintain it correctly just like most things in life.:)

You have over a thousand members on this forum, I would have thought at least one member could have explained that legionella as I understand it, is only harmful if breathed in, and it is showers where one is usually at risk.
That aside, the chemicals that are readily available are easily applied as required. The benefits far outweigh the risks of using pools and spas
