Hi, we are having lots of fun with our pool but are getting a lot of debris on the bottom of it....some easily retrievable like leaves etc but often areas of what looks like powdery sand or grit (I guess blows in off the garden and the bottom of the kids feet). I have one of those kits that you attach to the hose pipe and it collects some of it into a mesh bag, but does not seem the easiest option in the world. The water is crystal clear, but these areas spoil the look of it.
We are running the filter 5 hours overnight and intermittently through the day if no-one's in the pool, but the stuff on the bottom does not go....maybe a bit heavy to be "lifted" off the bottom as the water circulates, not sure...
Anyway, anyone have any tips........someone did tell me a way of doing more with the filter system but I can't remember what it was!
