:confused: hello all can you help us we are pure novices :eek:
we have just bought a house with indoor pool ,and the chorine levels
are high ,how do you get them down.also should the round filter ball outside be fill of sand/grit

Hi,

As far as the high chlorine is concerned you have three choices. If the chlorine is under 5 ppm (parts per million), you will be quite safe to swim and the chlorine will diminish naturally. If the chlorine is infact too high to swim, you can either partially drain the water in the pool and refill to dilute the chlorine down to a sensible level or by far the easiest option, buy yourself some "Chem Out" which is a chlorine neutraliser and will lower the chlorine.
