low ph

hi,i have a new 12 pool,and alls fine except low ph all the time,how do i adjust this as the adjusters are not rasing it,please help anyone,angela.

Hi Angela

Try increasing the dose of pH plus that you are using and dissolve it in a bucket of warm water before applying to the pool.

Some areas do experience difficulty in adjusting pH levels, but it should get there in the end.!!

thank you very much for your advice,i will try it now.i thought of buying the ta plus and minus,but cant find the minus,hopefully not needed if this works, i will let you know.

Hi,
TA minus is an inhibited Hydrochloric acid, and as such cannot be sent out on a courier. You will be able to purchase this liquid from any good pool shop, we sell it in our shops for £13.52 for 5litres.

cheers,it worked a traet.the weather is gorg,so we have been in it 24/7.its like a bath...angela
