Hi Just got an above ground 12' x 3' pool, got the starter pack of chemicals but after a week I have nearly used up the balance 200 trying to get the ph upto 7.4 and maintain it there (having to use 4 oz per day), any ideas? (I'm in a soft water area if that makes a difference)- also the same' q's as madam previous thread :)

Hi Steve,
I understand you require more balance pack 200 - this is available in 5kg tubs, it is also called Ph Plus from our store at £7.99, the link below will take you to the product, just scroll down the page a little. You might want to check your TA, as a low TA will cause Ph bounce, in as much as the water will not be stable when you test for ph. Its one of those to little and the water is corrosive & hard to maintain with regard to ph, and to high a TA, and the water will be scale forming!

Hope this helps
