The SuperFlo® pumps are specifically designed to be the best choice for a variety of inground pools.

SuperFlo features thick walled body parts, a heavy-duty 56 square flange motor, and highly engineered hydraulics.

SuperFlo's silent running capability and small footprint allow it to easily drop into a compact equipment pad

Please Note that the 0.5hp pump is only available in single phase.

Please note that most domestic pumps are Single Phase 240v pumps. Three Phase 415V pumps are very uncommon in a domestic environment. If you are unsure, you must check with your qualified Electrician who can advise you on your requirements.

The Pump is configured with internal 1 1/2" female parallel threads for both the horizontal intake and the vertical discharge and 2" Male external BSP threads if you require the larger size pipe configuration.

We recommend you use P.T.F.E tape (gas grade ideally) to apply to the male thread on your pump unions. please order your unions if required from the pipework section. The 1 1/2" male threaded unions are ideal if you are connecting your remaining pipework with normal solvent weld fittings.

We also recommend the use of the Anti-vibration pad, as this allows the pump to be installed onto various floor surfaces with the added sound & vibration deadening benefit the pads give.

This product is on a 2 - 3 working day delivery service.

Delivery - Mainland UK
We currently achieve a next working day delivery rate of 98.5% on all stock orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that orders processed after 4pm on Thursdays will be processed and dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. This does not include Bank Holidays, which are classed as non-working days. Should you require a Saturday delivery or have any other delivery enquiries, please email dispatch@ukpoolstore.co.uk who we will respond to your request quickly.

Try to include your mobile phone number in the checkout area so that our delivery drivers can contact you should they need any further assistance or clarification in delivering your order.

Please ensure you leave detailed information if your delivery address is hard to find or a new housing development. If you know there is a possibility of missing the delivery, you can at the checkout stage leave instructions for the delivery driver to leave without signature and place your goods with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of sight for your later retrieval.

Please note some areas including Scotland (post codes KW,IV,HS), Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man will need extra carriage.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY

If you are unable to thoroughly check your delivery upon receipt, sign for it as UNCHECKED. If the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it as DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.

If you sign for a delivery as OK, which you later find to be damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items, in this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.
Warranty
This Product has a 3 year warranty on the pump wet end, 2 year warranty on the pump motor and 1 year warranty on the mechanical seal.

Please note that all pumps are factory wet tested, so a small amount of water may still be present in the pump.

Warranty will be void if damage is due to chemical or sand/grit damage to the seals of this pump. This pump cannot be run dry as this WILL damage the shaft seal.


Returns
This product is fully CE but as an Electrical product please ensure it is fitted by a Part P qualified Electrician. Warranty claims due to incorrect wiring of these pumps will not be classed as a valid claim.

N.B. The correct wiring diagram is found on the inside of the Electrical connection terminal box.
